Delivery Schedule

All prices quoted include the standard delivery service. This service is available for UK mainland addresses only. Items are delivered during office hours, Monday to Friday.

PLEASE NOTE: For all safes and cabinets, our standard delivery service only applies to ground floor deliveries, or upper floor deliveries with access via a lift. If your delivery route includes steps , please contact us for a delivery quote. Someone will need to be present at the delivery address to receive and sign for your order. If nobody is present when our carrier calls, they will leave a note with details on how to arrange re-delivery or collection. You may find it convenient to get your order delivered to your work address.

We also offer an Express Delivery Service on certain products. You may choose this when indicated as a delivery option on a product page. Please allow 7 to 10 working days from date of order for larger safes, data, and document cabinets to be delivered. Orders that are shipped for anything more than a drop-off delivery will take longer than drop-off delivery orders. Delivery time for orders that include non-standard fittings (e.g. non-standard locks fitted to safes), or items weighing in excess of 150kg may exceed 10 days. Someone will need to be present at the delivery address to receive these items. Some items are built to order with varied lead times. Please check with the team to confirm your delivery lead time.

Christmas & New Year

The delivery lead times and stock availability for some products can change during the Christmas and New Year period. Once you place an order, please quote your order number and check with the team in terms of the delivery lead time for your specific item.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will inform you by phone or email. You then have the option to select an alternative product or cancel your order if you would prefer.

Returns Policy

All orders are processed as soon as they are placed.  We will accommodate to order amendments to the best of our ability however charges may apply.
We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing to [email protected]
Please do not consider your order cancelled unless you have received confirmation from one of our team.
Cancellations are accepted Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm.

  • Order cancellations within 2 working days of being placed may be cancelled by calling us on 01223 654 757 or e-mailing [email protected] .  A full refund will be processed.  Please do not consider your order cancelled until you have received confirmation from a member of our team.
  • Order cancellations within 2 working days of being placed and 2 working days prior to delivery may incur a 100% cancellation fee of your safe and any accessories ordered.
  • Order cancellations within 2 working days prior to delivery may incur 100% cancellation of your safe and any accessories ordered.
  • Any product custom-made / made to order will incur a 100% cancellation fee if cancelled 1 working day after placing the order.
    • Custom-made products include the following:
      • Specific size requirements
      • Specific functionality
      • Specific colour
      • Extra keys and accessories

Rescheduled and cancelled deliveries or installations 2 working days prior to delivery or installation date, will incur a 100% delivery cancellation fee costs as well as a 30% restocking fee.
