Making a Purchase
You have a choice of how to order our product and services 1) Order via our online purchase system with payment by credit or debit card 2) Fax your order and we will call back to obtain your payment details e.g. Credit card details 3) Telephone our help line and we will return your call and take your order over the phone. 4) Business customers can apply to open an account and pay within 7 days from receipt of the goods. Please Fax, email or post your authorised purchase order to us. 5) We accept the following Debit / Credit cards Visa, MasterCard, Switch or Solo. 6) We will gladly provide advice on which product will be best for your needs, including advise on installation. We can also arrange for a site survey if required.
We do our best to ensure that the information on the website is accurate and helpful.
All prices quoted include the standard delivery service. This service is available for UK mainland addresses only. Items are delivered during office hours, Monday to Friday.
PLEASE NOTE: For all safes and cabinets, our standard delivery service only applies to ground floor deliveries, or upper floor deliveries with access via a lift.
If your delivery route includes steps , please contact us for a delivery quote. Someone will need to be present at the delivery address to receive and sign for your order. If nobody is present when our carrier calls, they will leave a note with details on how to arrange re-delivery or collection.
You may find it convenient to get your order delivered to your work address.
We also offer an Express Delivery Service on certain products. You may choose this when indicated as a delivery option on a product page. Please allow 5 to 10 days from date of order for safes, data, and document cabinets to be delivered. Delivery time for orders that include non-standard fittings (e.g. non-standard locks fitted to safes), or items weighing in excess of 150kg may exceed 10 days. Someone will need to be present at the delivery address to receive these items.
If your item is not in stock, we will inform you by phone or email. You then have the option to select an alternative product or cancel your order if you would prefer.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, Standard rate VAT is added. If your organisation is Tax Exempt, please click the exempt button to reduce the VAT to zero. Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
All of our products are covered by a 12 month parts and labour guarantee.

Securesafe Ltd does not disclose buyer’s information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the ‘Remember Me’ Option.
All are products are backed by the Manufacturer’s warranty. Securesafe Ltd. also offers a seven-day, refund Returns Policy, effective from the delivery date of the product, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, subject to a restocking charge. Please note that you will be charged for the delivery costs, and be responsible for carriage and packing costs for the return to the point of dispatch. The refund will be made after the return of the product when we have checked that it is in original undamaged as new condition with the original undamaged packaging. Any manuals and accessories must be returned in conjunction with the product. Returned goods are subject to a restocking charge equal to 30% of the selling price of the product(s) plus the original carriage costs to deliver the item and the cost of retrieval
